Florin High School opened in 1989 and each year the Florin Historical Society has awarded two $1,000.00 scholarships to deserving high school seniors to further their education. The current president of the Florin Historical Society and the chair of the scholarship program will present the scholarships at the Annual Strawberry Festival.
